This assessment is due on or before the 20th of the month following the assessment period covered, and becomes delinquent the first business day thereafter. In order to avoid further action and/or penalties (delinquent penalty is 5% of assessment amount for each 60 days or fraction thereof that payment is delinquent, not to exceed 25% in aggregate).
